Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 19, 2026 · Last updated: October 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Wrenfield Data ("Wrenfield Data", "we", "us") handles information in connection with our website at wrenfielddata.com (the "Website"), our data tools published on the Apify platform (the "Tools"), and our internal YouTube uploader application (the "YouTube App"). Questions can be sent to [email protected].
1. The Website
The Website is a static informational site. It has no user accounts, forms, advertising or analytics trackers, and it does not set cookies. Like any web host, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and request time in server logs for security and reliability purposes. If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you.
2. Our Tools on Apify
Our Tools run on the Apify platform. When you use them, your account, billing and usage are handled by Apify under Apify's Privacy Policy. The inputs you provide and the results a Tool produces are stored in your own Apify account. We may see limited run information (such as run status, errors and aggregate usage) that Apify makes available to tool developers, and we use it only to operate, support and improve the Tools. We do not sell personal information.
3. The YouTube App and YouTube API Services
The YouTube App is an internal tool that Wrenfield Data uses to upload and manage videos on Wrenfield Data's own YouTube channel. It uses YouTube API Services. By interacting with our YouTube content you are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
- Who uses it: only Wrenfield Data, authorizing access to our own Google account and YouTube channel. It is not offered to the public and does not access other users' accounts, channels or data.
- What it accesses: the permissions needed to upload videos and to manage the metadata (titles, descriptions, thumbnails, playlists, privacy status) of videos on our channel, and to read our own channel and video information to confirm uploads.
- How data is used: solely to publish and manage our own videos. We do not use YouTube API data for advertising, profiling, or sale, and we do not share it with third parties.
- Storage of OAuth tokens: the OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by Google are stored only on our own server, with restricted access, and are never shared with third parties. Video files and metadata are kept on our server only as long as needed to publish and manage them.
- Revoking access: access can be revoked at any time from the Google Account security settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When access is revoked or the app is retired, we delete the stored tokens.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information only with service providers that host or run our services (such as Cloudflare, Apify and Google/YouTube) as needed to operate them, or when required by law.
5. Data retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email [email protected].
7. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated date.
